Strange KOTOR Tool Problem

I just reloaded my system and got everything pretty much back to normal. However when I go to compile a script I get this strange pop-up I have never seen before. It says "Lookup path root set to: C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKOTOR\ Error: Couldn't initialize the NwnStdLoader"

Does anyone know whats going on and how to fix it. The only thing weird I did recently was install the KOTOR update.
